Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Tele calling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Generate leads and follow up regularly
Maintain call records and update CRM data
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Prior experience in tele calling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
