Role Overview:
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for connecting with customers through calls and scheduling property site visits. Qualified leads will be provided by the company, and the primary responsibility is to convince customers to visit the property site. The sales manager will handle the rest of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Call customers from the leads provided by the company.
Explain basic project details and benefits.
Convince customers to schedule property site visits.
Coordinate and confirm site visits with customers.
Maintain follow-ups with interested customers.
Update call records and lead status regularly.
Requirements:
Any Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling.
Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
