We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate sales, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on product knowledge.
• Generate leads and follow up on prospects through CRM or Excel sheets.
• Maintain records of calls and sales, and update customer information in the database.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine the pitch and strategy.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and telephone systems is an advantage.
