Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects, and closing real estate sales with a focus on high-end residential and commercial properties. You will be the face of the organization and play a key role in achieving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Conduct site visits and property showings to prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with daily client interactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

• Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals.

• Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and competitors.

• Coordinate with the marketing and documentation team for smooth closure of deals.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Confidence, resilience, and a strong customer-focused attitude.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and site visits.
