🔹 Job Responsibilities
• Make inbound & outbound calls to customers
• Follow up with customers regarding payments/services
• Handle customer queries and provide required information
• Maintain call records and update system data
• Achieve daily calling and performance targets
• Ensure professional communication with customers
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Graduate
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication in English + any regional language (Telugu also eligible)
• Basic computer knowledge required
