Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or close sales.
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and provide information about products/services.
Maintain call logs and update the CRM system with relevant data.
Follow up on leads and customer calls to increase conversion rates.
Handle customer objections and queries effectively.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activity.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
