Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales data in the CRM or register.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Confidence and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM usage).
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Experience in telecalling or sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
