Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling personal loans over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Clearly explain loan features, benefits, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Handle objections and rejections professionally and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Bank guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
Knowledge of personal loan products and lending procedures is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in [languages + English/kannada/Telugu].
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or telecalling tools.
