Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Solar Division. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and promoting our solar products and services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
Explain company products and services related to solar solutions.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
Maintain a database of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills .
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduation
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
