Position: Telecalling Executive – B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote our insurance and financial products.

• Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.

• Maintain and update client databases and call records.

• Build rapport with prospects and identify opportunities for sales conversion.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B telecalling or inside sales.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Self-motivated and persuasive with good interpersonal skills.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
