Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Location: Thane West
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and prior telecalling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Generate leads and follow up on prospects.

• Explain company products/services clearly to customers.

• Maintain and update customer database in the system.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of client requests.

• Prepare basic call reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.

Qualification:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
