Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telesale Executive to join our team Restolex coir products pvt ltd The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Making Outbound Calls
  Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

• Handling Inbound Calls
  Answer customer queries, provide information, and resolve concerns politely.

• Explaining Products/Services
  Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

• Lead Generation & Follow-up
  Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers regularly.

• Maintaining Customer Records
  Update customer details and call records in CRM or system.

• Achieving Sales Targets
  Meet daily, weekly, or monthly calling and sales targets.

• Building Customer Relationships
  Maintain good communication and create positive customer experience.

• Handling Objections
  Respond confidently to customer doubts and objections.

• Reporting
  Prepare daily call reports and share performance updates with manager..

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 2 to 3 years on Domestic sales . Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
