Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to support our real estate sales team. The role involves calling prospective customers, explaining property details, generating site visit appointments, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and inquiries.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries related to real estate projects.

• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly.

• Generate and schedule site visit appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain lead records.

• Update customer information and call status in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Fluency in English, Hindi (regional language is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle objections and close appointments.

• Prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or telesales.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
