Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹32,000 per month (fixed salary + performance-based incentives)

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a crucial link between our company and potential clients, responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases to generate and qualify leads.

• Client Communication: Engage with prospective buyers, provide detailed information about our properties, and answer all their queries.

• Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate site visits and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

• Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information, call records, and interactions in the CRM software.

• Sales Support: Follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience and assist the sales team in achieving their sales objectives.

• Good Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a patient and persuasive personality with good communication skills.

Education:

• Diploma, Bachelors

• 2 to 6+ Years of Experience
