Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Work with a world-class sales team to promote IT and cybersecurity training programs.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
Handle live chat leads and inquiries from the website.
Participate in webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (education/training industry preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Laptop with good internet connectivity is a must.
Passion for cybersecurity and technology.
Familiarity with ISMS/cybersecurity training courses is a plus.
