Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Manager to lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10–15 professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations, team leadership, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for driving team performance, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise, support, and coach a team of real estate agents, coordinators, or property managers.

  • Set clear performance targets and regularly monitor individual and team KPIs.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.

• Business Operations

  • Oversee daily activities to ensure efficient workflow, quality client service, and timely deal closures.

  • Coordinate with internal departments including legal, marketing, and finance.

  • Manage property listings, documentation, and contract compliance.

• Sales & Client Management

  • Drive sales goals through team motivation and performance tracking.

  • Handle high-level client negotiations and conflict resolution.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and developers.

• Strategic Contribution

  • Assist senior management in planning and executing growth strategies.

  • Provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market trends.
    

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of real estate sales, leasing, property management, and relevant laws/regulations.

• Proven experience in managing mid-sized teams (10–15 people).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
