Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our range of home décor products.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Oasis Decor products
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into successful sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and previous customers for repeat business
Stay updated on product knowledge and ongoing promotions

Requirements

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
