Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Sales Advisor to promote and sell insurance products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through calls and explain insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Generate sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful policy sales.
Assist customers with policy-related queries and documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
