We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with at least 6 months of BPO or telesales experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database.
Pitch products or services and explain their benefits to customers.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow up as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the team to improve sales techniques and customer interactions.
Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and customer insights.
Minimum 6 months experience in telesales or working in a BPO sales process.
Excellent communication skills in [language(s), e.g., English, Hindi].
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call handling systems.
Positive attitude, persistence, and strong persuasive skills.
Experience in outbound BPO voice process (domestic or international).
Prior experience in selling.
