Responsibilities – Real Estate (No Field Work)

📞 Calling & Lead Handling

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers generated through online portals, social media, and company campaigns.

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally.

• Explain project details (location, price, amenities, approvals, payment plans) clearly and confidently.

• Identify customer needs and match them with suitable property options.

📋 Lead Qualification

• Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying timeline.

• Maintain a strong follow-up routine with warm leads to convert them into site visits.

• Update lead status regularly in CRM / Excel sheets.

🏡 Project Presentation

• Provide virtual project explanations through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online brochures.

• Share property pictures, videos, location maps, and pricing sheets with customers.

📆 Scheduling

• Fix site visits for the sales team and coordinate timings with clients.

• Send reminders to ensure customers attend the site visit.

• Inform the sales team about daily appointments and follow-up tasks.

🤝 Client Relationship Management

• Build good rapport with clients and maintain trust through regular communication.

• Resolve basic queries politely and immediately escalate complex issues to senior sales staff.

• Maintain a positive customer experience from inquiry to booking.
