Telecalling Executive

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for digital services. A basic understanding of websites and digital marketing is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

·       Engage with potential customers to promote and sell Websites, Digital Marketing and Social Media services

·       Handle outbound sales calls and follow up on leads

·       Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

·       Meet or exceed sales targets

·       Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

·       Graduates / Undergraduates with a minimum 2 year of sales experience

·       Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities

·       Basic knowledge of the website and digital marketing industry is an added advantage

·       Good organizational and time-management skills
