Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at IOT ARSENAL. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹22000 - ₹30000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective customers from leads generated through Meta & Google Ads.

• Explain the product (Smart Water Level Controllers) clearly and convincingly.

• Understand customer needs and suggest the right solution.

• Maintain lead status and update CRM/Excel sheet regularly.

• Follow up with customers till closure.

• Coordinate with the technical team for demos, installations, or queries.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer handling preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM is a plus.

• Positive attitude, convincing skills, and ability to handle objections.

• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
