It is a leading overseas education consultancy dedicated to helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad. We provide end-to-end guidance on university selection, application processing, test preparation support, visa counselling, and post-landing services across top destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into appointments.
Explain our overseas education services and programs clearly.
Maintain consistent and accurate follow-ups with prospects.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong rapport with students.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills a plus).
Confidence in speaking over the phone.
Energetic, target-oriented, and disciplined.
