Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our BPO sales team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, customer engagement, and converting inquiries into sales. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound sales calls to potential customers on daily basis
● Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
● Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales
● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
● Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
● Follow the sales script, guidelines, and calling process
● Coordinate with the senior sales team for follow-ups and closures
● Share insights from customer conversations to improve strategies
● Ensure high-quality, professional communication at all times

Requirements:
❖ 2–4 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / outbound calling
❖ Strong communication and convincing skills.
❖ Ability to handle objections and close sales
❖ Understanding of sales funnels and conversion principles
❖ Good negotiation and follow-up skills
❖ Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
❖ Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
