About the Role

Home Credit Finance India is looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven Telesales Specialists to join our growing sales team. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers using the dialer system
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
• Understand customer requirements and close sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines
• Provide a positive customer experience on every call

Eligibility & Requirements
• Minimum 12th Pass (Mandatory)
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• 4–6 months experience in BPO / Telesales / Customer Support / Calling preferred
• Dialer experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Comfortable with sales targets and incentive-based roles
