We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate company. The role involves contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, promoting real estate projects, and generating qualified leads and site visit appointments to support the sales team.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases
Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to real estate projects
Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Generate and qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
Handle customer objections professionally and provide timely information
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
Basic knowledge of real estate concepts
