Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective and existing customers via phone to promote furniture products.
Generate new sales leads through outbound calling and follow up on inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and delivery timelines.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by building customer trust.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the showroom, sales team, and logistics department for order processing.
Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer feedback.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Cross-sell and upsell complementary furniture and home décor products.
Prepare daily call reports and sales performance updates.
