Prism Colour Coats is a leading manufacturer of Industrial Powder Coating Colours with 1,800+ colour shades, serving OEMs, job coaters, and industrial manufacturers across India and international markets. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to help expand our customer base.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential industrial customers.

• Generate new B2B business opportunities.

• Identify and qualify prospects.

• Explain company products and their benefits.

• Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.

• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.

• Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.

• Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

• Build long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales experience.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
