About the Role
RaazMD is looking for a Sales Executive to counsel prospective customers, convert leads into sales, and support customers throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and counsel leads via phone and WhatsApp.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable treatment plans.
Convert leads into paying customers and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with customers to improve retention and adherence.
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support.
Requirements
Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
Comfortable handling sensitive conversations professionally.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred.
