Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telecalling Executive to join our growing team in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, interacting with clients, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
• Handle inbound inquiries related to solar products/services
• Explain product details and benefits to clients clearly
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/data sheets
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of telecalling/tele-sales
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Preferred Candidate:
• Female candidate with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling/tele-sales
• Experience in solar industry or similar sales domain is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred
