Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services
• Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, and quotations shared by the sales team
• Maintain regular contact with clients to build relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Record and update customer details, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, follow-ups, and order closures
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about products and offers
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets
• Support basic administrative tasks related to sales communication and reporting
