Job Description

Position: Telecaller / Customer Sales (No Targets)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Joining: Immediate

Role:

Outbound calling for customer engagement and financial product campaigns such as insurance, collections, and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls for customer acquisition and collections

• Promote financial products and services

• Achieve daily calling and performance targets

• Maintain call records in CRM systems

Eligibility:

• Strong English communication skills (No MTI)

• Comfortable in a high-volume call center environment

• Immediate joiners preferred

Selection Process:

• 2–3 interview rounds

• Same-day selection and offer

Salary:

₹25,000 per month +Weekly Incentives + Incentives for 100% Attendence +Salary Increment after every 3 Months + Retention Bonus
