Job Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of telesales executives.
Monitor daily team performance and target achievement.
Prepare and manage team rosters and schedules.
Handle shrinkage and attrition management.
Manage weekly offs and team attendance.
Motivate team members to improve productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Ensure quality customer interactions and process compliance.
Coordinate with management for team reporting and operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Team Leader in any BPO (on paper).
Experience in telesales or customer support process preferred.
