Job Description

Creative Design is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tele Sales to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, eager to learn, and passionate about helping customers and growing business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in handling walk-in and online enquiries
Explain company services and packages to customers clearly
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain customer records and update sales data regularly
Support in preparing quotations and proposals
Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth execution
Help in achieving monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp/email handling
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior sales or customer support experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)
