Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Sales Telecaller:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain insurance products and generate sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.

Team Leader (TL):

Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the team.
Prepare performance reports and handle escalations.
Ensure process compliance and maintain productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic English speaking and understanding.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
12th Pass or Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for the Sales Telecaller role.
Previous Team Leader experience in a sales/BPO process is preferred for the TL role.
