Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Sales Telecaller:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

  • Explain insurance products and generate sales.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.

Team Leader (TL):

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives.

  • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

  • Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the team.

  • Prepare performance reports and handle escalations.

  • Ensure process compliance and maintain productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Basic English speaking and understanding.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi.

  • 12th Pass or Graduate.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for the Sales Telecaller role.

  • Previous Team Leader experience in a sales/BPO process is preferred for the TL role.
