Key Responsibilities

•Source Home Loan and Business Loan business from the existing Indihomes client database.
•Make outbound calls to customers and explain suitable financing options.
•Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate loan products.
Collect and follow up for required loan documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, banks, NBFCs, and DSAs for smooth processing.
• Track applications and ensure timely disbursement of loans.
• Achieve a monthly loan disbursement target of ₹1.25 Cr.
Maintain accurate call and lead records.
