Job Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in company products and services.
2. Explain company products and digital marketing services effectively to prospective clients.
3. Pitch clients and fix appointments for the Business Development team.
4. Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls with leads.
5. Maintain accurate call records, client details, and lead information in the system.
6. Handle client queries professionally and provide necessary information.
7. Build positive client relationships through effective communication.
8. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and appointment management. 9. Work towards achieving weekly and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Handling
Must be fluent in Tamil and English
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle client queries professionally
Target-oriented and proactive mindset
Basic computer knowledge preferred
