Telesales Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote insurance products.

• Explain and recommend suitable 2-Wheeler, 4-Wheeler,

• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert leads into successful sales.

• Handle insurance renewals and maintain regular follow-ups with customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance coverage, premiums, and benefits.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Support and guide junior sales team members when required.

• Follow company sales processes and maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales / telecalling / telesales.

• Experience in Motor Insurance will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.

• Tamil communication is mandatory; English/Hindi will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with proven sales performance will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
