Tele Calling Executive
Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore
Experience: 0–3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate (with relevant experience)
Employment Type: Full-time – In Office
10 am to 6 pm; Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales (if applicable)
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details
• Handle customer queries and objections politely
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with sales/operations team for order processing or follow-ups
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English + Hindi Mandatory
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer support
• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, healthcare, or service sales
