Key Responsibilities:
Making calls to potential customers from provided lists, introducing products or services, and attempting to generate interest.
Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams, often by gathering information and assessing needs.
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information on products or services.
Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Building rapport with customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating contact information, and logging call details in CRM systems.
Following up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Effectively communicating with customers, using persuasive language to encourage sales or engagement.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Bachelor Degree and 1-5 Years experience required . The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
