Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage & LAP products.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads and fix appointments for sales teams.
Follow up with customers on inquiries and applications.
Maintain daily call logs, reports, and CRM entries.
Achieve assigned targets for lead generation and conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Prior experience in loan telecalling / banking / finance sector preferred.
