Roles and responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using a pre-defined script.
· Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company information.
· Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services by explaining features and benefits.
· Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or alternatives.
· Generate new leads through cold calling and follow up on existing leads to convert prospects into customers.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and transactions in a CRM system.
· Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
· Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, and call volume.
· Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors.
Required skills and qualifications
· Diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
· Proven experience as a Tele caller, Telesales Representative, or in a similar role is an advantage.
· Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
· Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
· Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
· Resilience and patience when dealing with rejection and difficult conversations.
· A strong customer-focused approach and a positive, professional attitude.
· Self-motivated and target-driven.
· Age criteria up to 30
· Should be fluent in English and Hindi
