Telecaller Outbound

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in telesales or customer outreach, preferably in the digital marketing domain. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, etc.)

• Understand client requirements and explain suitable solutions

• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/BD team

• Follow up on leads and maintain client interaction history in CRM

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

• Maintain professionalism and high-quality service on all calls

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller or telesales executive

• Experience in calling for digital marketing, advertising, or IT services is preferred

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language)

• Good knowledge of digital marketing services (basic understanding is sufficient)

• Ability to handle rejections and continue with a positive attitude

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer applications

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
