Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align business development strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in CRM software.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Preferred Skills:.

  • Experience in B2B sales or strategic partnerships.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
