Telecaller Outbound

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller – Sales to promote our logistics services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of logistics or freight services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote logistics and transportation services

• Explain company services such as freight forwarding, courier, warehousing, or supply chain solutions

• Generate and qualify sales leads

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers

• Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM or Excel

• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to close deals

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and provide service-related information

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English and local language preferred)

• Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, or B2B sales is an advantage

• Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers

• Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, courier, or freight sales

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
