Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.

Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.

Generate leads, follow up, and convert into sales or appointments.

Maintain customer database and call records regularly.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate complex issues when needed.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.

Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach.
