Job Description

We are hiring a Tele Sales Caller for our growing E-commerce business. If you are confident on calls, good at convincing customers, and enjoy achieving targets, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Call vendors/customers to explain our products and services
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Do regular follow-ups to close deals
Maintain customer/vendor data in Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and order processing
Achieve monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of Tele Sales experience (E-commerce/B2C preferred)
Good English communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Strong follow-up and convincing skills
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
