Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers over the phone, explain products/services, and generate leads or sales while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers
Explain company products or services clearly
Generate leads and follow up on prospects
Maintain call records and customer data
Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
Maintain a polite and professional attitude

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
Confidence and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection positively

Qualifications:
