Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our sales and customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining property listings, arranging site visits, and following up for closures. If you have good communication skills and are passionate about real estate, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.

Explain property details, location advantages, rental/sale offers, and pricing.

Handle inbound inquiries from online and offline marketing campaigns.

Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients.

Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

Update and maintain client database in the CRM system.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally.
