We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives fluent in Tamil to promote and sell Ayurvedic health and wellness products over the phone.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product benefits, answering queries, and converting leads into successful sales. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for natural health products.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers in Tamil.

• Clearly explain the benefits and usage of Ayurvedic products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Handle objections, build trust, and close sales on call.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM records.

• Follow up with interested leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

🧠 Skills Required:

• Fluency in Tamil (speaking and understanding) is mandatory.

• Basic understanding or interest in Ayurvedic products.

• Strong persuasive and communication skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Prior telesales or call center experience is a plus.
